GET /api/v1/gateway/walletBalance returns the available balance in reais, as a string with two decimals: { "currentBalance": "397.70" }.

• Paid charges are credited net of the incoming fee.
• Payouts reserve the amount and the fee when requested; if the payout is not paid, both return to the balance.
• Before a payout, check that currentBalance covers the amount plus the payout fee — otherwise the API returns insufficient balance.
